Here is what I picked up today at the 70% off Halloween Clearance. I spent $3.16, and saved $11.78. The Halloween cake mix is really just a normal cake mix with sprinkles that you can add in. I just leave the sprinkles out, and I have myself a normal cake mix (for FREE).
