DIY Wood Slice Tic Tac Toe

This tic tac toe board couldn’t be easier to put together, and the wood slice makes it unlike anything you’ll find at the store. Who doesn’t love a quick game of tic tac toe?
You’ll need:
- wood slice
- pencil
- permanent marker
- ruler
- acrylic paint
- paint brushes
- 10 small rocks that lay flat
Begin by painting the rocks. You’ll want five of each color. The gold paint is Hand Made Modern’s “20k gold” from Target. It’s one of my favorites!
You can find the wood slice in the arts and crafts aisle of Target or online at Target.com. Be careful unwrapping it. It’s a little messy at first.
Lightly mark the tic tac toe lines with a pencil. I went over mine with a Sharpie, but paint would work well here too.
Once the game pieces are dry, you’ll be ready to play!
