The July/August toy clearance just isn’t what it used to be. I think we will no longer see the majority of the items marked down on one day (we haven’t seen this for a couple of years now). Don’t give up home though, they need to clear out all the toys to make new ones so they will have to do it sometime.
There are still some great deals to be had, they just won’t be as plentiful as in previous years. I noticed at my remodeled stores there has been way less clearance, I was excited to find this cute Melissa & Doug Wooden Craft Kit at 70% off.
