This is probably the cutest Target Dollar Spot collection yet!  This ice cream line in the Dollar Spot is part of their early fall 2019 collection.  I wish I still had small children at home, we would totally be throwing an ice cream themed birthday party. Have you seen these items at your store yet? The whole line really is the sweetest thing I have ever seen.
