Target Toy Clearance 70% off

We are getting some reports that Target has marked down the toy clearance to 70% off. It appears that at most stores the LEGOs have only gone to 50% off, which is normal. Many have reported that not all the toys have gone 70% off, but a good portion has. I have also heard that some stores are only at 50% off. How’s that for a report…yes, no, maybe.
