Few Reports of 90% off Halloween

I have receive a handful of reports that Halloween has gone down to 90% off at Target. While I don’t think it is happening at the majority of the stores today, this is a VERY good sign that the 90% off markdown should happen at tomorrow (Saturday, November 5th).
