Some Stores Reporting Baby Clearance now 70% off

When I headed to my Kent, WA Target location yesterday, I checked to see if the baby equipment like strollers, high chairs and cribs, etc were marked down to 70% off, they were not. However, I have heard from several people now that have said that they are in fact finding baby items 70% off at their store.
