Next time you head to Target, look for the Coffee-Mate bottles that feature creative wrappers designed by David Bromstad with the theme “The Art of a Fresh Start”. These David Bromstad limited edition Coffee-mate bottles are available exclusive at Target. You can find these in both French Vanilla & Hazelnut flavors. These will be sold exclusively at Target stores nationwide through Sept. 5, 2015.
Here are a few ways you can get a “fresh start” to your day:
- Rise Early
- Get Active (go on a hike and enjoy nature)
- Eat a healthy meal – I like to add a little Coffee-Mate French Vanilla Creamer to my milk in the morning, it gives it a fresh vanilla flavor (It’s yummy!)
While most people add the Coffee-Mate creamer to their coffee I personally love to use the creamer in some of my other drinks like hot cocoa and milk. I also like to use it in recipes too. I love to get creative in the kitchen and here are a couple popsicle recipes that I came up with using the Coffee-Mate French Vanilla Creamer. I love that you can change the taste of your recipes with different flavored creamers.
Matcha Green Tea Latte Pops
2 cups water
2-3 Tablespoons of Matcha green tea powder (unsweetened)
1 teaspoon stevia
1 teaspoon Coffee-Mate french vanilla creamer
12 Tablespoons Coffee-Mate french vanilla creamer (2 per cup)
6 3 oz disposable plastic cups
6 popsicle sticks
In jumbo mug or bowl microwave 2 cups of water until hot, add matcha green tea powder, stevia and 1 teaspoon french vanilla creamer mix well. Add tea mixture to the cups until 1/3 full, place all cups in a container (like a muffin tin or pan), cover each up with foil, then poke popsicle sticks though the foil and into the middle of each cup. Freeze for 1 hour. Remove foil and add 1-2 TBSP creamer to cup so the cup is slightly more the 1/2 full of the tea and cream, freeze for another hour. For the final step fill the remainder of the cup with the matcha tea and freeze one final time for about an hour. To remove from cups just snip side with scissors and they will pop right out.
Hot Chocolate Pops
2 hot chocolate envolopes (I like the ones with mini marshmallows)
2 cups of hot water
1 teaspoon of Coffee-Mate french vanilla creamer
6 Tablespoons of Coffee-Mate french vanilla creamer (1 per cup)
6 3 oz disposable plastic cups
6 popsicle sticks
In large mug or microwave safe bowl heat 2 cups of water in microwave until hot. Mix two packs of hot chocolate and a teaspoon french vanilla creamer. Add hot chocolate to each cup until 1/3 full, place all cups in a container (like a muffin tin or pan), and cover top of each cup with foil. Poke popsicle sticks though the foil and into the middle of each cup. Freeze for 1 hour. Remove foil and add creamer to cup so the cup slightly more the 1/2 full of the hot chocolate and cream, freeze for another hour. The final step is to fill cup until full with the remaining hot chocolate and freeze a final time for about an hour. To remove from cups just snip side with scissors and they will pop right out. Enjoy!
