You can apply for the Target REDcard online at Target.com or in-store. Make sure you apply June 17-23 in order to qualify for the $25 off $100 coupon.
The coupon will be mailed to approved cardholders with their REDcard and will be valid through July 31, 2018 (just in time for all the big clearance deals happening in July).
