Here in the Midwest we often don’t get the high value coupons you mention for makeup, hair, and personal care products. I received two different Red Plum coupons for that date and neither had the $4 Loreal coupon. I wondered if others are finding that they aren’t getting those high value coupons in their areas?
I live in Wheaton, il just outside Chicago and typically if you get the daily herald you don’t get many of the high value/good ones. But of you receive the Chicago Tribune you get them. Not sure what paper you get but it might just be the paper itself.
