The PostIt and Scotch tape coupon/deal would not work at my store (Kent, WA), and the girl at the register didn’t know anything about their coupon policy, so I ended up leaving everything at the register. It was so disappointing.
My coupons didn’t scan either, but I insisted and she let me use them.
I bought two packages of Up&Up folder tabs ($.67/ea) which are things I do need for my kids’ school supplies. The mobile coupon didn’t take anything off. So after I paid I went to customer service to get credit for the mobile coupon not working. Good night. What a run-around. The lady there said that: 1) it was because the items were on sale that the coupon didn’t work. (?????) 2) The coupon didn’t work because the two items totaled $1.34, so after the coupon it would be like I only paid $.34 (exactly!) 3) A bunch of other nonsense. Then she said, “Do you see what I’m saying?” I politely responded, “I bought two Up&Up school supply items. My total for the two items is over $1. There is no minimum purchase required for that mobile offer. It should have worked.” She finally opened the register and handed me $1, even though she didn’t want to.
