Target: Christmas Food Clearance & Dollar Spot 50% off

I know most of us were hoping that the Christmas clearance would have gone down to 70% off today and it didn’t. However, the Christmas clearance did go down from 30% to 50% off. Hopefully, we will see them go to 70% off on Tuesday or Wednesday.
In other updates, the dollar spot section is still at 50% off for me.
The guys at my Target told me that Christmas would not get marked down at our stores until the end of the week. They told me this as they were unboxing more Christmas stuff.
Does location matter? Chicago had perfume box sets at 30% only. I figured that would be 50% as well.
There is barely anything left at my store. I don’t understand why they are holding onto 50%! They have tons of diapers & tissues I want to get, and been patiently waiting for 70%. =(
