my target shopping trip

Here are the items I picked up at Target this week. I found a few misc. summer items at 90% off and the rest of the items were on clearance for 70% off.   I did also pick up one of the Jelly Belly snow cone machines for $2.49 (reg $24.99) which is not in the picture (I gave it to my sister before I snapped the photo).   I spent $8.28 (before tax) and saved $65.76.

Here is the rundown:

  • Jelly Belly Snow Cone machine $2.49 (reg $24.99)
  • Jelly Belly Snow Cone cups $.49 (reg $4.99)
  • Garden Hose $.99 (reg $9.99)
  • Coppertone sunblock $1.39 (reg $13.99)
  • (5) Market Pantry Beef Stock $.54 (reg $2.19)
  • Knorr Rice Side Dish $.24 (reg $1.14)

Lastly, I picked up a single Coppertone sunblock because I had a $5/2 coupon so I knew I would be getting an extra $5 off the cost.  I couldn’t find anymore of the 90% off sunblock packs, so I had to settle for this one.

Coppertone $5.98
used $1/1 Target coupon
used $5/2 printable coupon (no longer available)
Final Price = FREE

  1. Awesome! We just left our Target in Salisbury MD…NOTHING was on sale at all. Not even the summer stuff. Really bummed. I really wanted the 99cent hose! Asked one of the Target employees and he said it’s because they are a lower traffic store so they don’t have the sales like other stores 🙁

  2. Oh my gosh, me too… I guess I have to shop for sales at other Targets.. Nothing was on clearance~! So sad!

  3. Some of the summer clearanced items are already on the regular aisles, i found the hose at the garden items aisle and its still scanning at $.99.
