You can use the store locator on the deal page to see if your store is participating. I checked and my closest Target store with a Starbucks (Renton, WA) is participating, so hopefully yours is too.
I called my Target and they said that they cannot redeem Starbucks 3-digit coupon codes at the in-store Starbucks and that I’d have to go to a free-standing Starbucks. I remember trying to redeem a different coupon at a Target Starbucks awhile back and having the same problem. I think I was told then that it was something about the computer system not being set up to take the Starbucks codes? I wonder if that’s just in my city…
