Same in Los Angeles. I was able to go last night before closure. Only got one Listerine. I heard employees talk about how people would buy a Listerine, get a GC, use it on another Listerine product etc. I appears this was a misprint. Maybe they since fixed it ! ( it said GC at the self scanner but advertised as Buy 3 get a GC in the aisle. ) No toothpaste or toothbrushes on sale, they rang at the regular price too.
Same at the St. Louis store, I bought a listerine and tooth brushes and no gift cards, but I still saved 66% with coupons for other items!
They were honoring the misprint and corporate even adjusted the registers to trigger the gift card at one item. I stocked up on Monday.

Its still working in Tx. Actually the scanners say $5 giftcard with purchase. Had never seen it do that before. I was double checking Listerine was $5.99 since those are the ones working. The signs say 3. Also I have found a few with a TQ for a free Reach Floss Starter kit. Store was sold out but ill look for later. But have them scan one to double check. I have had them scan it kicks $5 on one. Im a GC flipper, but i have eveything organized and ready before go up. If someone comes up behind. Let them go then do again.
I went to get a Listerine yesterday at my Target in NV and they refused to accept a coupon for $1 off from Coupons.com. What’s up with that?
The sign said buy 3 get a $5 gift card but the the gift card was triggering when you bought one here in Arizona.
