The new year is here!  I always love the beginning of a new year, it feels like a fresh start.  It’s the perfect time to make resolutions and goals for things like eating better, getting organized or sticking to a budget.  Do you have things you want to do better this year? Here are some of the things I want to focus on this year.

Using my planner to stay organized – I’m pretty good about writing things in my planner, but I’m not very good about checking it every day.   I’m also not the best at writing legible, I sometimes look at what I wrote down and struggle to figure out what it says.  This year will be different!  I will be neat and I will check it every day.   It totally helps that I have a colorful happy planner.

Finish up home projects – We have so many projects to finish at our house!  I find that we often push the projects aside because we don’t have enough time to complete them.  Instead of worrying about completing an entire project I plan on tackling at least some of our project each day, even if it’s only for an hour!

Do better with my oral health – I’m religious about getting the kids into the dentist every 6 months, but sometimes I myself only make it once a year.  I need to be better about scheduling my own appointments…and flossing!  I am totally making it a goal to floss every single day this year.  Fortunately, I have Crest toothpaste to help me with my brushing and keeping my teeth and gums healthy.

Get back to using coupons regularly – I have gotten out of the habit of using coupons on a regular basis.  I love how we can save money with our digital devices, it’s really not that difficult to do. I need to plan my Target shopping trips in advance and load all my Cartwheel offers and digital coupons before I get to the store,  sometimes when I am there I feel rushed and I don’t check for extra savings.   I know if I just take a few extra minutes to search for coupons and Cartwheel offers I will save myself some extra money.

Luckily, there are some new Crest digital coupons in the Target app that I can use to get back into coupon shopping.  I especially like the $2.00 off coupon on my favorite Crest Gum Detoxify toothpaste.  You will find the following Crest coupons in your Target app:

In addition to the coupon savings, you can also get a $5 gift card for every 4 Crest items you buy.  Now is a great time to stock-up when you combine the coupon savings with the gift card offer.  The $5 gift card offer is valid through 1/5.
