Cocoa Pebbles Turkeys + Malt O Meal Cartwheel Offer

Here are some fun treats you can make with the kids for Thanksgiving using Post Cocoa Pebbles cereal. Making yummy treats has always been one of my favorite activities to do with my kids. You get to chat in the kitchen while having fun and you end up with some delicious to eat.

Here are the ingredients you need to make these treats:

Cocoa Pebbles Turkeys

6 Cups of Post Cocoa Pebbles cereal
5 cups mini marshmallows
4 TBSP Butter
candy eyes
1 1/2 cup candy corn
1 cup chocolate candy melts

Add butter to a microwave safe bowl and melt in the microwave for 30 seconds, or until melted. Add mini marshmallows and microwave for 1 minutes, remove from microwave and stir the marshmallows and butter. Place back in the microwave for one more minute, remove and stir. The mixture should be completely smooth. Stir in Cocoa Pebbles cereal.

Spray parchment paper with non-stick cooking spray. With your hands roll Cocoa Pebbles marshmallow mixture into 1 3/4 inch balls, place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet and set in refrigerator while you prep the chocolate.

Microwave chocolate candy melts in 30 seconds intervals, until completely melted and smooth. Pull out Cocoa Pebbles balls and dip each one in chocolate so that about half of the ball is covered. You will need to coat one at a time so you can add the decorations before the chocolate hardens.

Add candy eyes and nose. The nose is a candy corn that has been cut in half, with the yellow side out. Put aside to set. After you have all balls with eyes and nose. Add the candy corn point side down from one side to another. You may need to dip the point of the candy corn in chocolate to help it stay in place. Let set. Enjoy!
