Cinnamon Pebbles Cookies + Post Cereal Cartwheel Offer

The cookies are yummy, the Cinnamon PEBBLES gives the cookie a sweet cinnamon under tone. I like to add mini chocolate chips, because everything is better with chocolate. I think the chocolate with a bit of cinnamon goes nicely together. The Cinnamon PEBBLES also make them chewy.
Cinnamon Pebbles Cookies:
- 1 cup butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 cup Cinnamon PEBBLES cereal
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips (optional, but I would add them!)
In bowl mix together dry ingredients, flour, baking soda, nutmeg, and salt. Set aside. In electric mixer beat butter until creamy, add both sugars continue to beat until combined. Add Egg and vanilla.
Add the dry ingredients gradually into butter mixture. Stir Cinnamon PEBBLES, and mini chocolate chips if desired.
Cook at 375 for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
